This Privacy Policy is to be reviewed alongside the Disclaimer, End User License Agreement, and Terms of Use of the MyCarely App, which apply when You access and use Our App, as well as any other documentation signed with the Company at the time of availing Our services or anytime thereafter in relation to Our in-principle relationship (if any). By using this App or availing the membership of the service plans provided by the Company (unless expressly refused), You signify Your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and expressly consent to Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of Your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
